Non-renewal notice
A formal written notice served on the counterparty stating that you do not intend to renew a contract beyond its current term.
A non-renewal notice must usually be in writing and served within the contract's notice window to be effective. Serving it late generally means the auto-renewal takes effect anyway.
In the UAE, notices for bilingual contracts are often expected in Arabic, or in both languages, depending on the contract's terms.
